i think you mean to tune the guitar. if you have an smartphone, try downloading the GUITARTUNA as in guitar tuner app.You can also buy a separate tuner from any music store.All the tuning info. will be available with the tuner or the app. :)

use a good guitar tuner to tune your Guitar.... after tuning the best sound will surley come however u need to learn to tune it once atleast .
