Is it bad to learn guitar on a 'mini' guitar?

Learning on a smaller guitar is not a detriment - not in the absolute beginning stages anyway. In some ways, it may actually be easier to play than a full size instrument. Your hands are never too small to play guitar and you don't need a reduced-size guitar to play.

How much time will it take to learn electric guitar?
