First of all start practicing chromatic scale on daily basis. Then first of all start leaning with Major and Minor scales on different positions. You can easily find it out on google or YouTube. Then explore them and try to improvise these scales. I would you suggest you to improvise with backing track of piano, guitar or drums (you will easily find many on YouTube). It would really help you to improvise on scales very interestingly. Then go for other scales turn by turn like pentatonic, Dorian, phrygian, Lydian, mixolydian, harmonic etc. I would like to suggest to learn the scales from a mentor or teacher. He/she will teach you properly about the scales. And you can practice more correctly in that way. You can easily find one online or offline. All the best! read less

Practice the chord shape first, once you get it right, practice switching the chords with common finger techniques. Once you are good at it practice whole thing with metronome.
