If that's what you meant, and you are looking to improve your sight-reading skills, then yes, you must try to do that every day. But if your goal is to hone your strumming and/or guitar playing skills in general, then you need not practice guitar along with the notations every day. However, you must practice guitar for at least an hour's every day to become a good guitar player. read less

Yes of course. I would suggest that if you are really busy just assign 10 mins on a particular time and make it your habit to practice on that particular time. Otherwise you can always combine your short practice time with your usual everyday activity. For e,g. after dinner everyday you would practice 10 mins. If you do it consistently for 3 weeks then it would become your habit and obviously you can see results. consistency is very very important even if it is only short time....all the best read less
