I don't have my little finger, but I am interested in playing Guitar. Can I still learn and play in front of audience?

Of course you can. There are many ways to improvise and you can always try switching over the chord holding hand.

yes. you just have to put the work of your pinky finger to the your rest of the fingers. it's 0 issue.:)
