Practice finger-specific exercises like finger push-ups, squeeze balls, and finger extension drills. Proper Hand Position: Maintain a proper hand position while playing. Ensure your fingers are arched and not flat, allowing for better flexibility and precision in chord shapes. Slow, Controlled Practice: Practice transitioning between chords slowly and in a controlled manner. Gradually increase your speed as your finger flexibility improves. Finger Independence: Work on finger independence exercises to make each finger more flexible. Individual finger exercises such as trills and spider walks can be beneficial.
