Can I learn electric guitar without learning the acoustic guitar?

Yes you can. But to get the exact perfect tune you should hold the fret little bit harder in acoustic guitar when compared to electric guitar. So if u learned acoustic then electric guitar becomes much more easier.

Yes you can.it will make no difference whatsoever.The concept of playing remains the same.But with electric guitar ,you can connect pedals and learn how to make some good tones.If interested in online classes,please contact me.
