With a gre score of 327 and a cgpa of 8.9 (from reputed indian university) and 1industrial and 1 research internship and 3 research papers..can i get in to top US universities like PURDUE, UTA, UIUC, GAtech, columbia, cornell for masters in mechanical engineering?

Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
