What is the minimum percentage required to get a seat in colleges like MIT or Stanford? What are the qualifying marks in the GRE and TOFEL to get into the above universities?

your percentage should be 75% and above.GRE scores must be 325 and above with Quant being 165+ and AWA score of 4+TOEFL though won't play that big a role in your admission, it will be safe to say that you must score above 110 with every section having a 25+ score.
