Yes, it all depends on how rusted your maths, and verbal is. If it's not much, then this time is enough.

Answer to Q.2 It is better to continue MS immediately after your UG. Since you are going to specialize in the area of your interest a break is not advisable. In case you are going to pursue MBA, then experience becomes necessary.
