Once you finish GRE exam and when the score is displayed on screen, on the same screen you will have option to report scores upto 4 universities for free.

Many B-Schools have started accepting the GRE scores. And the GRE new format (after August 2011) tests you on several measures which were found only in GMAT. One thing is, the Critical Reasoning Section. Now in the GRE, you will have questions involving critical reasoning, though these are not as difficult as those found in the GMAT.
