Hi Naveen First get yourself updated with the Syllabus, exam pattern and other requirements. There are several free and paid websites/aaps to prepare for GRE. Example UNACADEMY, www.udemy.com, etc. There are YouTube channels as well from which you can prepare for GRE. Thanks

Many B-Schools have started accepting the GRE scores. And the GRE new format (after August 2011) tests you on several measures which were found only in GMAT. One thing is, the Critical Reasoning Section. Now in the GRE, you will have questions involving critical reasoning, though these are not as difficult as those found in the GMAT. Also there is more verbal reasoning and less of vocabulary in the new format GRE, which is another measure tested in the GMAT.
