Yes, If your score is 325 plus you can apply scholarship for some universities.

One thing is, the Critical Reasoning Section. Now in the GRE, you will have questions involving critical reasoning, though these are not as difficult as those found in the GMAT. Also there is more verbal reasoning and less of vocabulary in the new format GRE, which is another measure tested in the GMAT.
