"I had 2 wonderful experiences with Twinkle as my tutor. First a group setting , 2019 at Veda 5 retreat in Rishikesh. Was she created a wonderful dynamic in the group classes over the week we were there. She makes yoga v accessible- even for non regular yoga folk and for myself that time and in 2024 made breathing techniques easy to understand and get benefit from . In 2024 - during an extremely stressful time she was able to provide me with daily online 1 to 1 guidance re plethora of methods - selecting and guiding me through those most suited to my extreme stress trauma situation with her clarity and compassionate approach .
