School-level Meditation Sessions – experience in teaching children and teenagers short, engaging meditation practices that improve focus, discipline, and emotional control. Simplified Kundalini Yoga (SKY) Meditation – inspired by Vethathiri Maharishi’s system, I guide students in energy-based meditation practices that connect body, mind, and soul. I design my sessions according to the learner’s needs, whether it is relaxation, concentration, stress management, or spiritual growth. My teaching style is calm, supportive, and practical, so that students can easily bring meditation into their daily life.
