Score Reports from tests taken from five to 10 years ago are available for a fee, but they are sent to schools with the caveat that they should be interpreted with caution. Check with the school before requesting an old score report, because many do not accept them. Scores over 10 years old are not available. -Additional testing time (all tests are timed)
-Additional or extended rest breaks
-Allowance of a medical device in the testing rooms
-A trackball mouse
-A test reader who can read the questions to the test-taker
-A recorder to record test taker responses
-Enlarged font on the PC monitor
-A sign language interpreter

Please note that you do not need to request the use of the following aids:
-Eyeglasses and hearing aids
-Pillow for supporting your neck, back, or an injured limb
-Neck braces or collars

You may not bring your cellular (mobile) phone into the testing room, nor may you check or use your phone during breaks. You may store your phone in a locker during your test, but the test administrator is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you do access your cell phone at any time during your exam time, your exam will be cancelled and your exam fee will be forfeited.

Definitely yes. But you need to have good understanding of the test and test philosophy. I know who wrote the test like that and got 760. But, honestly speaking, that is very rare

You can certainly write GMAT without coaching. However, the major challenge is self motivation. Generally speaking tutors & most importantly test buddies help you stay focused & motivated.
