My name is Deepti Sachdeva, a certified Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I have been practicing yoga and meditation for the past few years and have completed a Teacher Training Certification from one of the leading Institute. Yoga has been an integral part of my life for the last few years, and it has greatly influenced my physical and mental well-being.
In today’s work environment, I understand the challenges that come with long hours of work, tight deadlines, and the stress of achieving targets. Yoga offers a brilliant way to manage stress, improve concentration, and enhance overall productivity. My goal is to help you integrate yoga into your daily routine in a way that is both accessible and beneficial. As a certified professional, I have curated a process to deliver immense lifestyle benefits to working professionals.
In my sessions I will focus on various aspects of yoga, such as
• Asanas (postures) to improve flexibility and strength
• Pranayama (breathing techniques) to enhance relaxation and focus
• Meditation mindfulness practices for mental stability and stress relief
Sessions will be suitable for all the levels, from beginner to someone who has experience in yoga.
