I live in Germany and I'm planning to take the TOEFL test, but I don't really speak German well. Will there be a problem with this?

TOEFL is a test for English language, how could German affect it at all ? no there will be no problem if you dont speak German !

Will it be easy to master German pronunciation?
Yes. It is a language not a rocket science. If enough practice is done you can master it but obviously it is not your mother tongue so the accent will be a bit different.
