Get duolingo or any language application, you can also try on YouTube, u will find many materials. But according to me, the best way is to get a coach or to join an institute. A langue requires interaction.

It is not possible. Be realistic. C2 means you speak like a native. One month intensive class will hardly take you to b1 level.

Impossible. You need a very good trainer as well as text book and work book. Minimum you can take 60 hours to learn Basic.
