Yes you can reach German C1 level in one year if you can go intensively. But my suggestions will be go intensive from level A1 to level B1 and then do rest of the two levels i.e. B2 and C1 consuming time. This way will help you getting more in lesser time. Tanisha

Don't even think of this. Because, if you will do the teacher has to deliver the speech and provide you note then you will be in trouble. Scoring zero in the field

Will it be easy to master German pronunciation?
Yes. It is a language not a rocket science. If enough practice is done you can master it but obviously it is not your mother tongue so the accent will be a bit different.

To improve speaking ability (through individual classes) depends on your teacher only
Without hesitation, you should just start speaking. Another very good way of getting over the fear of speaking is to sing. Learn German songs. Sing them loud...sing along. This will help you to overcome the speaking hesitations.
