400 kHz Explanation: Since GSM requires 200 KHz and only 8 users can use it using TDMA, 9th user needs another 200 KHz. 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th user can use another 200 kHz bandwidth on time share basis. Thus, for 12 user we need 400 kHz bandwidth.
