Boxing since 2008. Stay fit.

There are certian steps to learn each and every martial arts, the basic starts from boxing which is only hand to hand combat and into selected targets, the later comes the kickboxing which includes hand as well as legs combat and then the muay thai that has knee and elbow hits as well.

Hey I am Professional trainer

Boxing by far. In boxing you have to master only how to punch, and only how to defend against punches, to a very restricted target area. Start to introduce kicks, elbows and knees into your fighting style and a fuller target area and your training gets very complicated.

Both boxing and kickboxing/Muay Thai have their own unique techniques and challenges. Boxing focuses primarily on punches and footwork, while kickboxing/Muay Thai incorporates punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. The addition of kicks and knee strikes in kickboxing/Muay Thai may make it more challenging for some individuals to master compared to boxing. However, personal preferences, physical abilities, and training environment can also play a significant role in determining which martial art is easier for an individual to master. read less
