I train students in Yoga, Diet & Nutrition, Aerobics, and Meditation, with a teaching experience of 5 years in Yoga, Diet & Nutrition, and Meditation, and 2 years of experience in Aerobics. My classes focus on holistic well-being, helping students balance physical fitness, mental clarity, and lifestyle wellness through structured, easy-to-follow guidance. I hold a Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (BNYS) and an MSc in Nutrition & Dietetics, which form the core foundation of my teaching and therapeutic approach. Over the years, I have also completed several professional training programs in Yoga, Naturopathy, and Nutrition. These qualifications help me offer accurate, safe, and scientifically supportive guidance to students who wish to improve their health and lifestyle. As a BNYS doctor, I have hands-on experience in yoga therapy, naturopathic treatments, therapeutic diet planning, and patient recovery. I’ve worked extensively in women’s wellness, pain management, detox therapies, weight management, holistic healing, and chronic lifestyle-related disorders. I frequently handle cases involving stress, anxiety, hypertension, diabetes, joint pain, back issues, PCOD, thyroid-related concerns, and more. I also teach prenatal and postnatal yoga, guiding women safely through their maternity journey. Beyond treating clients, I also train students and therapists based on specific health concerns. Designing condition-specific therapeutic classes has been a major part of my professional journey. Through personalized plans and tailored sessions, I ensure each student receives guidance suited to their body, health, and emotional well-being. This combination of therapy and teaching is what makes my classes deeply result-oriented. I have completed 4–5 certified professional training programs in Yoga, Naturopathy, and Nutrition. My experience working with patients in hospitals and naturopathy centers has given me valuable exposure to real-time healing and recovery. Helping patients recover through yoga therapy, diet corrections, and naturopathy remains one of the most fulfilling aspects of my work, and I consider these recoveries to be among my most meaningful achievements. I primarily conduct online classes, making it convenient for students to join from anywhere. I offer both individual and group sessions depending on each learner’s preference and requirement. My classes are structured, clear, and designed with a therapeutic orientation when needed. Currently, I do not offer certification-based programs, but I am planning to introduce structured certification courses in the future. For now, my focus is on providing effective, practical, and personalized training in Yoga, Diet & Nutrition, Meditation, and Aerobics to help students build a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
