One can never loose skills which one has acquired for years due to any issues (in your case, health). Start Practicing daily for half an hour at least to get back to what you want. Also, watch your earlier dance videos and see how you used to perform and compare and notice the changes or the mistakes and correct them and lastly, have faith in yourself.
