For UPSC you can prepare from Tata Mcgrew Hill for CSAT 2 as I have given ias 2015 this year it is the best guide for CSAT paper 2. For paper 1 you can't be reliable on only one source.....for SSC exam R S Aggarwal is best book for competitive aptitude and NCERTs which are freely available on internet....
