That you'll have to struggle a lot to get a job and even work as call center employee for couple of years.

Govt employee, and having a 10 years of experience as a home tutor

present situations and environmental conditions on the field,,what are the future possible hopes on that field,how much of interest had you on that subjects these are the best things while we have to keep in mind when we selecting engineering as a profession.
