It depends on your own interests. Both feilds are growing and the future is great.
With its application in fields like web backend, machine learning, data science etc the demand for Python developers is increasing at a very fast rate.
On the other hand, web is the driving technology of this era and with the emergence of technologies like PhoneGap and Electron, one can create mobile and desktop apps using web technologies.
I personally know people in both fields who are working in good companies and drawing good salaries.
However, it is worth mentioning that the supply of Python developers is much less as compared to we developers and thus the getting a good job becoms easier with Python.
