I am a Physiotherapist with 7 years of experience. I have trained many physiotherapists during their internship in areas like ICU care for patients having cardiac, neuro, ortho, pediatric, gynecological and general illnesses. I have also trained people in OPD rehabilitation. Have great experience in conducting Lamaze (antenatal Classes for pregnant ladies), Pilates classes, Aerobics and Yoga meditation. I have conducted workshops and taught people de-stressing exercises and obesity management. In addition to this I have treated many complicated cases with the help of simple physiotherapy exercises. I have experience in treating people with Learning Disability and various behavioural problems.
My passion is to teach the needy people the correct way of exercising and make them understand the real benefits of Exercises.
