Am 27 yrs old, graduate in Mechanical Engineering having 4 yrs experience in fabrication & services, now my carrier is dumped not growing at all, market also down. so i decided to change my carrier, i have selected two optional field No. 1 is SAP MM non certified training & No. 2 is Digital marketing training. experts pls suggest me which training i should undergo to get a job easily and sustain for my carrier growth?

I think SAP MM will be much better option as you have experience of technical field and your education is also technical so i think you should stick to that particular field.

I must suggests you for Digital Marketing. As e-commerce is fastest growing industry and about 2,50,000 more jobs is to be come in this field in coming 5 years. So, a large scope is there. I have no idea about SAP MM.

Yes digital marketing is growing but the starting salary of a fresher is 15k. I don't think after Btech and 4 yrs of exp..you would like to have that stating salary....on...
