Am 27 yrs old, graduate in Mechanical Engineering having 4 yrs experience in fabrication & services, now my carrier is dumped not growing at all, market also down. so i decided to change my carrier, i have selected two optional field No. 1 is SAP MM non certified training & No. 2 is Digital marketing training. experts pls suggest me which training i should undergo to get a job easily and sustain for my carrier growth?

I don't think after Btech and 4 yrs of exp..you would like to have that stating salary....on the other hand if you do SAP MM..it gives value to your BTech degree..you can negotiate on Salary pat with your 4 yrs exp too. read less
