I have been teaching English both as a subject and as a spoken skill for more than five years. My students include school pupils, office professionals, house wives and also the students who wanted to go abroad for higher studies. Hello! I would suggest you to have a good command over basics first following which comes making sentences on your everyday life. This way, not only will you be able to make sentences but also remember them for a longer duration. If you don't have a speaking partner, I would suggest you to either speak your sentences aloud, or record yourslef while you speak which can be listened to later for error correction. 

There is another way which could be helpful for you. You may call customer care centres and choose the English option to talk to their executives, whether it is in regard to online shopping or any query you might or might not happen to have in reality. All you wish to do is to talk to someone, which in this case if free of cost.

Last but not the least, having someone in person to converse in English is always above all the other options available.
