I'm practicing yoga since 1994. I first fascinated by the philosophical & spiritual aspects of yoga, latter i intrested in health benefits of yoga especially Mental.

I personally witnessed lots of healthy changes in life of myself and others; someone find yoga great for immune system boosting, for reducing Obesity, for increased flexibility etc. and other find it useful for calming mind & reducing their worries about Quest of Life.
