"Thank you so much for the right guidance. I started my prenatal yoga classes from my 6th month starting itself after my doctor gave a go . With those three and a half months of classes, I felt a big change in my activity level during pregnancy. Especially in 34th week onwards when weight drastically increased for me , but I could still manage to continue my daily 45 mins walk. During labour , the breathing exercises learnt in yoga was like a big distraction plus saviour by not stressing the baby & my gynae was not confident for normal delivery due to my lower pelvic shape but eventually when time came to push my lower body was much flexible to stretch & support Many thanks Tanu & I look forward to join your postnatal yoga classes in few weeks.
