We may not be able to afford to all that is available in the market. Keep it simple whatever you can afford and whatever you think will help you develop can be taken. Though you learn different styles, without proper foundation it’s of no use. So make it a point that you have strong ground in the traditional yoga which would be your strength. In process of expanding the branches don’t forget the roots.
