Meditation is not to sit in any comfortable pose and close your eyes .This is the observation happening all the time . I can teach everybody to observe himself or herself. It is very difficult to be in present . We all are stuck in past and future but when we realise life is in present after that mind is disappeared . We fell eternal peace.We all are different by the face but we all are same inside .
