Ask a Question
If you aim for top IIMs, 90+ percentage in 10th and 12th and 80+ percentage in graduation is always advantageous because it has upto 25% weightage in IIM Admission.
You meet the criteria for 10th and Graduation, but 12th scores are not that low that it can't get you admission to top IIMS. The percentage of students getting admission in top IIMs with less than 70% marks in 12th is dismal 4%. It means that you are in the 4% bracket. This also means you have a window to get into top IIMs. You can make up for a portion by excelling in another.
My advice:
1) Get 98+ percentile
2) Score well in GD & Personal interview.
3) Work experience will be an added advantage, but it's not mandatory.
