The best part is you know what is correct and incorrect grammar when it comes to hesitation more you speak in public more your uncertainty goes.
Stand Infront of the mirror and speak, visualise that you are in front of the crowd, lock yourself in the room and talk loudly. Keep generating positive thoughts while you are practising.

If you want to learn English, you need to learn the correct sentence construction, yes more you speak your fluency will increase but speaking proper English is far more critical then speaking fluent English.
Mother tongue is the origin of your Language Development, so this base is will never hinder your progress, but yes, start using English in day to day activities.
