Over the years, I have gained experience in multiple styles of yoga, including Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Patanjali Yoga, Surya Namaskar, Pranayama, Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, and Raj Yoga. My classes integrate strength, flexibility, breathwork, and mindfulness, ensuring a holistic learning experience. The positive feedback and transformation stories from my students have been the most rewarding part of my teaching journey.

My teaching approach is calm, structured, and student-centered. I focus on guiding my learners step-by-step, helping them understand the right postures, proper alignment, correct breathing techniques, and the purpose behind each practice. Whether the goal is weight management, flexibility, stress relief, strength-building, or mental peace, I tailor my sessions to suit the individual needs of my students.

I conduct both online and offline yoga classes, giving students complete flexibility to choose the mode that works best for them. Regardless of the format, I ensure that every session is interactive, attentive, and designed to offer maximum benefit. My goal is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and effective for everyone.

I also provide certificates to students upon completion of their training or learning milestones. My intention as a yoga trainer is to help each student progress at their own pace while cultivating discipline, awareness, and a deeper connection with themselves through yoga.
