In my sessions, I also integrate elements of meditation and mindfulness to help students connect mentally and emotionally, not just physically. I guide students on how to synchronize breath with movement, which improves concentration and reduces stress. I make sure to create a comfortable and non-judgmental environment where students feel encouraged to progress at their own pace. I also educate them about the importance of consistency, proper warm-up, and cool-down, as well as basic yogic lifestyle principles. Additionally, I have experience modifying poses for people with minor injuries or limitations, ensuring inclusivity and safety in every class.
