E&M Evangelic Training is an emerging Training and Coaching organization specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development. We conduct programs and seminars for individuals and organizations to produce unprecedented results and growth. Although, most training programs, available in the market, are efficient, well made and well presented, the results, most of them produce, are incremental. Therefore, in spite of regular trainings (conducted successfully with very high ratings - in the first level of evaluation) companies and organizations are not able to come out of “Pareto Principle” or go beyond the SWOT, DISC or MBTI models (which are well-researched tools). Paradoxically, they are constrained by the principle of "Out of the box" thought thinking. Hence, we at E&M have developed programs to address issues which go beyond the subjective information of people in the organizations and deal with the objective attributes (may not be directly related to work) to enhance performance and bring about radical changes. In essence we work with our participants to transform their relationship with work and the organization, enhance performance and create new future - leaving them with an experience of belonging. Our work is based on extensive research, analysis, self-training and life-experience. Our programs are designed and customized to suit specific requirements, in accordance with the Goals and Needs of the organization - done through the integrated process designed by the founder.
