Using a shared database for microservices can present some challenges and risks that can compromise the benefits of the microservice architecture. For example, tight coupling and dependency among services can occur if they agree on a common data model and schema and coordinate any changes.

Both are co-related to each other but compare to DBA Jobs, ETL job is more demanding hence you take class for informatica tools and others.
