Will they make me dance if I say dancing is my hobby during the interview?

No, not at all. Nobody asks you to dance if you tell them it's your hobby. Although, if you say so about singing they may ask you to sing a few lines of any song, but this doesn't happen in case of dancing. So Luckily you don't have to worry about that.

Yes, Because Dance is a Performing Art. Mostly You will have to be prepared for the Dance Presentation.

Hey.... U can learn dance in any age... I m doing PhD in dance.... And teaching from many years... I have students of age 3 to 55+also .. And I think dance is an art which can be learnt at any point...
