How do I properly cool down after an intense dance session?

Just like a regular workout, I would advise you to Do Stretches..right after your dance Session.. A 5 min stretching session would suffice.

After an intense dance session it's very important to do stretches, and loosen up ur muscles to avoid cramps . Some suggested cool down excercises are pachimotapaadhasana, leg stretches, calf streches, meditate like concentrate on ur breath, do savasana for 2 mins .
