For ADF you should know basics of OAF, SOA, web logic to Start with ADF....then comes the fusion.

Oracle ADF trainer

Basics is enough, plus it depends on project. Creating a page, navigation using TFs, commit an operation etc. and knowledge on layout components is a big plus. Best part of ADF is ADF BC feature.

Definitely any of the programming languages. To the most of it, learn generic skills most common to all of those in the market.. Whether Java, DotNet whatever. Master the frameworks in it.

Where will I get best IT course? I'm 24 year and completed my graduation from management in 2012.
