Network neutrality is the principle that all Internet traffic should be treated equally. issue: without new regulations, internet service providers would be able to favor their own private protocols over others. example : (for imagination) flipkart site open more faster than snap deal.

AIRTEL has announced Airtel Zero service in which certain apps can be accessed for free with any data charges.Airtel bills those sites .This in long run can reduce the options for internet users and discourages newbies . Uptil now everyone is entitled to use the net without paying any charges. But some companies are making the urfing as paid. Something like paid channels on TV. That has put net neutrality under threat.

Net Neutrality is the right to access internet with out any bios or motivation. Some of the service providers are motivated and charged more in terms of net charges for accessing internet. That should not happen when we prefer net neutrality.
