Old software programs can't be purchases generally but, most of those are available freely over relevant websites. Google it.

I'll not suggest you to buy old software programs. these all are available om various online sites like oldversion.com, oldfoss.com etc. from where you can download all what softwares you want.

Try performing different internet searches for the name of te program you need, There are some retailers who sell it still which are outdated. and also try out some online auctions which is a good option.
