Depends on your requirement, on an avg it is Rs. 7500 and you can complete that in 30 to 40 hours.

Which tool you would prefer to use when you want to crop a human portrait from an image?

I would use a pen tool to exactly cut the human from the image avoiding the things in the background. If the background doesn't matter, we can straight away use crop tool.
