0- Define the overall UX strategy and vision for the user experiences across all of the external and internal platform, aligning with the Senior Leadership Team.
- Working closely with the business team for Discovery, Brainstorming & Ideation Process to get the design in place.
- Taking decisions in terms of Sprint & Release Level deliverables whilst aligning to the product roadmap and business priorities.
- Creating User Stories with clearly furnished descriptions and getting ready with the Sprint backlog and Product backlog ahead of time.
- Conducting grooming sessions and Sprint Planning meetings for multiple development teams.
- Conducting Sprint level demos and Release demos to the Business Stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality UX and UI across various projects at any given time, providing oversight and guidance while empowering team members.
- Oversee the entire UX process from concept to prototyping to execution.
- Plan, design and conduct in-field, remote and in-house user-centred research and usability testing sessions to support design and development.
- Communicate design, research findings and customer insights to cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Handling the design team, enabling cross-collaboration & load balancing the UX priorities whilst following Design Thinking, CUBI Framework & Lean UX.
- Performing Usability & Heuristic Evaluations and feed them back to product scope based on preferences.
- Prioritize roadmap features and product enhancement requests, specifically around UX.
- Craft internal and external communications around upcoming features, including release notes, user manuals, and feature descriptions.
