This also includes the written communication. So, the subject communication is just like an ocean. When, you are talking about a trainer's quality for the subject communication, it depends on many things. If you ask me, I would say, the subject knowledge is very important. It's not only about only fluently in English and with correct grammar. It's also about to convey the message properly to the receiver and to check & ensure if the receiver gets the message which the sender intended to convey. It's also about kinesics.
