To begin with start talking in English with everyone around you. The more you talk the more your fluency will improve. Even if it amounts to making mistakes and being corrected by friends, its worth doing it. Learning to speak well in any language is akin to learning swimming - you can't learn it by reading books or without jumping into the pool. Simultaneously, start reading newspaper, books - anything that you find interesting - and do it loudly. Reading loudly ensures you listen to the pronunciations and that will help you get a feel of whether you are speaking correctly. Try using new words that you learn everyday in your conversations - practice makes one perfect. Hope this helps. read less
