Your role in your refining your personality is in becoming more aware of what elements you wish to change, to which degree you wish to change and why would you want to change. Once you are clear on these elements there is one more thing that can help you enormously. Here's the secret: All successful personalities have a certain way of thinking and behaving. You don't have to reinvent the wheel. They have done it for you. So what you need to do now to make it easier for yourself is: 01. Observe them 02. Read about them 03.
